Lightbulb A KD war variant, still under testing-Needs your input

Greetings to all fellow Gamers and the members of the Guild wars community. First and foremost, allow me to congratulate you all for keeping this game alive, by offering many good builds, which have greatly improved the pvp-pve aspects of the game.

Tonight, I started testing a build that focuses on KD. My hypothesis was that, the usage of Devastating hammer as an elite, and the addition of a stance that axcelarates the "building" of adrenaline, along with a new skill called Renewing Smash, could create a fast Hammer Kd build that can Keep Damaging and Kd targets with a minimal break in between spikes. After numerous tests in Nameless area, and in RA, I proved my claim so to say, and the build was quite successful. However, like all builds, this one too, has room for improvement and to that end, I am posting it here, to the very core of the Guild wars community in hopes of Constructive Criticism, advises or generally input that could improve this build.

Type: Pvp-RA tested, pending TA tests

Class : W/Ne
Attributes: Hammer 12+1+3
Strength 10+1
Tactics 8+1

Skills:
Devastating Hammer (e)
Crushing Blow
Heavy Blow
Renewing Smash
Healing signet
Berserker Stance
Plague touch*
Res signet

Usage: Begin by aproaching your potential target, once he is in range, activate Berseker Stance and start hitting him until all adrealine skills are ready. Then, use devastating Hammer, followed by crushing blow to inflict major damage. Now that the target suffers from weakness use Heavy blow to KD him again, and while the target is down use Renewin Smash (which will recharge your Berseker stance) to finish. If in the process you are suffering from blind or other conditions, feel free to use plague touch to return them teh favor. Now, here comes the interesting part of the build: If, the target is dead, you can move on freely to the other target, with your stance available for usage, and hence, ready to spike again soon without having to wait for the skill to recharge. Even if the target is alive, you can just do as above again and finish him off.

Alternative forms: Replace the * skill with For Great Justice. By doing so, you may now build Adrenaline faster, executing the combo sooner since the effects stuck with Berseker stance. The drawback, is the inability to remove blind by your self, which can rend the build useless.

Credits: Me, if i may take credit for that.

Feel free to comment the build.

it's a good build. personally, i would drop heavy blow and replace it with hammer bash. that puts in 2 kd's to your build.

renewing smash + berserker stance is a combo i have used as well. the only problem with your current setup is not having a run speed boost. you might have issues chasing targets who are running around.

Greeetings, thanks for your reply and your suggestions. Yes, The problem with targets running around is one that i personaly encountered last night. The problem is, what should i remove to add the run skill? Like above, the only skill that can be removed without reducing damage, is plague touch. That however, like I mentioned, makes the build weak to anyone who has blind, and that, esepcially after Anets move to add the E/Mo flash prebuild, is a posibility in almost every RA round.

Still, a run skill could improve it in the longrun if a monk is present, yet, in RA one can never be sure. The build is pending its TA testing, bu me that is, If anyone can test it and post here, i would be grateful. In TA, the addition of the Run skill you mentioned, is viable, since atleast one monk will be present-or one other class like a mes/mo with condition removal.

I cannot play Gwars until Sunday, so, i leave it to anyone who has the will and the time to do the test if he/she wants to do so.

Doesn't devestating blow cause weakness? So Heavy Blow would be second KD.

this point has been debated time and again, and i guess it's really up to preference. there is an off-chance that either the weakness is removed or your target dies. if that happens, heavy blow becomes useless. so it's up to you whether you want the +damage or an unconditional kd.

Sorry if that is so, yet, i saw many threads with clearly pvp oriented material allover the place here, hence, I am not the only one. That and, Gladiator's forum has TA-HoH-Alliance forums, yet, no RA, and this one is still under testing. Moreover, Gladiator's have team builds. I am looking forwards to more comments, I am going to test the build again t'night my self, and see if i can modify it further.
